Here's a bit of history...

In 1986, Carol and her husband Randy opened the Turner Collection, a tiny little store in San Angelo, Texas. For two years, Carol did custom design and sewing for the always-interesting women of the mid-sized, West Texas town. After their son Zachary was born in '88, they moved out of custom work into manufacturing the CTC clothing line for their store and eventually for specialty stores nationwide. From the beginning, they have focused on comfortable but sophisticated clothing.
