Uniquely textured slim cuffs created by hammering metal on a beach rock.
- Sarah Greenberg, the designer behind Sarah Swell Jewelry, creates hand-hewn treasures in precious metals that exemplify casual luxury. All of her pieces are meticulously crafted using ancient techniques. Hailing from coastal New England, Sarah's childhood was steeped in history, nature, and salt from the sea. An artist from a young age, she was always collecting, imagining and creating. While attending the School of the Museum of Fine Arts in Boston, Sarah took a metalsmithing class on a whim. It was love at first flame. From that point on, she immersed herself in the jewelry industry, earning her degree at the Revere Academy Of Jewelry Arts and dreaming of one day creating her own line. That day came in 2008 with the launch of Sarah Swell jewelry.

Hand carved in wax, then cast using traditional lost wax casting. The sterling silver is heated to a matte finish with polished edges creating an interior glow.

- Sarah Richardson's jewelry is a process of evolving designs. Drawn to the organic quality of each individual pod, a repetition of these elements creates geometric form. Using traditional wax carving techniques, each piece is hand carved, then cast in 18KY gold or sterling. Using heat to bring the fine metal to the surface, each piece is then polished on the edges creating an interior glow.

This bracelet is from Jenny’s all black range, Chromophobia. Hand cast monochromatic silicone components are combined with a single hand-formed 18ct gold Vermeil cup and oxidised silver elements to create a bold, striking bangle.
This bracelet is 7″ and has a magnetic clasp.

Jenny’s practice is driven by experimentation. Experimentation with colour and experimentation with material, combining precious with non-precious, to create tactile and fun pieces, available in the full spectrum of colours, from discreet pops of monochrome, to full statement color-fades. Central to Jenny’s practice is her pioneering use of silicone. Often mistaken for glass or plastic, silicone is surprisingly soft, light and durable, resulting in unique and wearable contemporary jewellery design – a celebration of colour!
